INPACT has been building its worldwide alliance since 1989. The alliance has grown steadily and carefully chosen each member firm, strictly following the alliance's motto "local expertise, global presence".
INPACT welcomes its first member company in South Africa. Founded in 2014, SHUMBA INC. offers a comprehensive range of services from accounting, auditing and tax consulting to corporate governance. The company, managed by its founders Ulde Shumba and Vulani Baloyi, employs 42 people in several locations. Its headquarters are in Polokwane, approximately 100 km northeast of Pretoria.
In Central America, INPACT also welcomes its first member in Panama, CPA Asesores. The three partners Kenneth Barroso, Jose Echeverria and Abdiel Filós are all auditors and founded the company in Panama City in 2016. They employ five people. In addition to this, they also offer services in tax consulting and accounting, where they specialize in professional outsourcing solutions in the areas of accounting and payroll accounting.
With Device Group, INPACT was also able to win a new company in the Ukraine for its alliance. The company in Kiev has been active in the auditing market for 10 years and uses technology to achieve high quality and efficiency of its services. Those now also include accounting, tax consulting and IFRS reporting. It is managed by its founders Oksana Kulichenko and Olena Mykhailova.
