By welcoming Andreas Hänggi to the Committee, we are gaining a highly qualified new partner with extensive expertise. He brings many years of experience in leading trust companies and in various fields of consulting. Andreas combines professional excellence with a holistic approach to corporate management and the challenges of the trust industry – a valuable asset for the further development of the Caminada Zug Group.
Andreas has many years of experience in complex tax and management consultancy cases. His expertise in supporting and structuring corporate transactions will advance our capabilities in terms of providing comprehensive tax and M&A services.
The founding of Caminada Tax AG Zug marks a key milestone in the further growth of our Tax department. It is a step that follows the strategy we defined in 2021, to manage every department from separate companies and unite them under Caminada Holding AG. This achievement marks a further strategic step in our succession and means the Caminada Zug Group can thrive in the future.
Andreas Okle will continue to lead the Caminada Zug Group strategically as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and will have overall responsibility for the Accounting department. Fabio Iovoli will lead our operations as CEO and will remain active in Consulting, Accounting and Auditing. As before, Auditing is led by Ramon Heiri. John Sulger Büel will head the Tax department together with Andreas Hänggi.
We are also pleased to welcome Thomas Laube as the new Deputy Head of Accounting. With his many years of professional experience in the national and international trust sector, as well as his strategic expertise, he will play a crucial role in driving his department’s progress. As Deputy Head of the department, Thomas, together with Andreas Okle, will extend Accounting to accommodate future client concerns and continue to manage it to the accustomed quality and reliability standards.
