The executive management of the Caminada Zug Group consists of the partners Andreas Okle, who focuses on strategic topics as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Fabio Iovoli, CEO and Delegate of the Board, responsible for operational leadership, Ramon Heiri, Head of the Audit Department, as well as John Sulger Büel and Andreas Hänggi, who jointly lead the Tax Department.

Careers with a future – Committed to the next generation
Each year, two school-leavers begin their commercial apprenticeship with us. Over the course of the three-year program, apprentices rotate through several departments and gain hands-on knowledge across all relevant areas of the fiduciary sector. We currently train six apprentices – a clear sign of our strong commitment to developing young talent. After completing their apprenticeship, many transition directly into roles as junior accountant, applying and deepening their expertise on the job.
Promoting young professionals is a high priority at Caminada – and not just during training. Regular interaction with experienced colleagues is deeply embedded in our culture and provides space for personal growth and future opportunities.
