We have already been implementing the measures recommended and/or issued by the FOPH for 14 days and are constantly adapting them.
The main goal of our plan of action is the maintenance of the operational activities and the protection of our employees and customers during this extraordinary period. We have therefore decided to arrange home office for two-thirds of our employees as of 17.3.2020. One third will keep the position in our office as long as this is permitted and possible. All workplaces occupied are arranged in such manner that the prescribed distances between the employees can easily be maintained. Furthermore, we have separated the management and the individual teams that are active on the mandates locally (home office/office). With these measures, we can currently ensure all necessary substitution and guarantee the processing of the work outsourced to us. In addition, a virtual update meeting of the management takes place every day. At this meeting, we constantly reassess the situation, adjust our measures and adapt them to the actual circumstances.
External and internal meetings have been reduced to an absolute minimum or are held online.
For you, as our customer, changes are small. You can still reach your known contacts by telephone and/or e-mail. We will do everything in our power to continue to provide the best possible service and are convinced that we will succeed. Nevertheless, in individual cases, somewhat longer waiting times or delays may occur. Should this be the case, we ask in advance for your understanding and indulgence.
We have taken these measures and precautions in order to fulfil our responsibility to the public. The protection of the health of all and in particular of risk groups is our top priority.
