When you're dealing with hard facts, a soft environment is often a good thing. After all, a meeting’s ambience is the prime influence on its mood – and who wouldn't want their meeting to take place in a harmonious atmosphere?

This is why you choose your meeting rooms. Whether it’s a board meeting, discussing financial statements, or meeting with your tax advisers, the ambience – besides the necessary technical equipment – often plays a bigger role than you might think. For this reason, we have three meeting rooms available for our clients, plus a sun terrace for the summer months. Subject to availability, choose the room that suits you best, along with the exact equipment you need:

Our multimedia-cart, equipped with a notebook computer, video beamer and internet access, can be used in any of the three meeting rooms. When booking, please let us know if you will need it.

Meeting room TERRA

Capacity: up to 12 persons
Equipment: flip chart, whiteboard, tech-mobil with PC and beamer, WLAN

Meeting room ACQUA

Capacity: up to 6 persons
Equipment: Tech-mobil with PC and beamer, WLAN

Meeting rooms TERRA + ACQUA can be combined for larger meetings or training events. Capacity: up to 20 persons

Meeting room FUEGO

Capacity: up to 8 persons
Equipment: PC, beamer, copier, WLAN

Meeting terrace ARIA

Capacity: up to 8 persons
Equipment: fresh air, sunshine, panoramic view, flip chart
